Kerrigan’s Fairy Fit health food range

After extending my trip to London and flying home late last night, I’ve spent the day catching up on admin, work meetings, unpacking and packing again for my trip to Holland. So, sorry if my social has been quiet. As promised I’ve put together a blog post on my exciting Fairy Fit range with Kerrigan’s. I devised this range with health and fitness in mind without compromising my favourite flavours. My turkey burgers and mini sliders contain the best lean turkey mince, goats cheese, basil, hot sauce, lemon juice, spinach, bell peppers and chilli flakes for a spicy kick. As you can see below the macros are amazing with the burger resting at 150 cals and sliders at just 42 cals, making them the ideal protein packed snack. These are the first two launches from my line, available online and in stores nationwide now. For those of you unfamiliar with the brand, here’s a little background info.

‘A family business founded in 1973 by my father Brendan we’re now run by myself and my brother Shane. We are a traditional award winning craft butchers with a passion for fitness. Our foods for fitness range has been developed with the modern day busy lifestyle in mind. All of the products we create are made in store and never outsourced, with full nutritional details for each product to help you reach your nutritional targets. We really enjoy working with like minded people and we felt the collaboration with Joanne was a perfect fit. We look forward to the feedback we receive about our ‘Fairy Fit Range’ and we hope you enjoy them as much as we enjoy making them.’ – Barry Kerrigan
