Cleanmarine For Women Month 3 #AD

Good morning everyone and happy Monday. As you may have seen from my latest Instagram update I’ve just started my third month taking Cleanmarine For Women and I cannot express how happy I am to have discovered something that’s made such a powerful difference to my life. For those of you who may have missed my previous updates, you can read Month 1 here and Month 2 here. To surmise, in the first few weeks my energy levels and mood really reaped the benefits. Some noticeable changes include having more constant energy overall to simply do more throughout the day. In the lead up to my menstruation, previous to taking this product. I would feel completely wiped, increasingly anxious and generally filled with worry and fatigue. My periods were heavy, and cramping was a massive issue. Cleanmarine For Women contains Vitamin B1 and B6 which contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal psychological function which would contribute  to the improvement in my mood around this time. I was away in Barcelona for example and although it was meant to be a holiday, I was managing a few projects whilst traveling and still trying to capture content. I can suffer with panic attacks if my stress levels max out and I’m away from what I like to call my ‘safe control zone’. Although I experienced one panic attack while I was away, In general was able to keep a sense of calm, felt more rational and able to revert to normal ‘functioning’ a lot sooner than usual. Personally, I think the increased energy massively assists this too because being anxious AND tired is a terrible combination.

In terms of my cycle itself there have been some very obvious changes that I’ve noticed. As mentioned above, my energy isn’t dipping as much and my mood is more steady. What I do know (especially from all of the fabulous feedback you guys send me) is that the combination of ingredients, Omega 3 Oil, Vitamin B1 which contributes to normal energy yielding metabolism, Vitamin B2 which supports a reduction in tiredness and fatigue and contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, B6 which contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, with D3, Rosemary Extract and Soy Isoflavones is a concoction that is truly working for so many women. 

Aside from my energy and overall mood improvements, my skin has reaped the benefits from taking just 2 capsules a day. Overall I would have generally clear, good skin. However, with age I’ve noticed I suffer with more dehydration and in the lead up to my cycle I experience hormonal breakouts, especially around the chin area. Roughly one week before I’m due my menstruation a few bumps start to rear their ugly head and they tend to be sore red spots that last the length of my flow. Now, in the lead up to my cycle the spots just don’t appear, instead I seem to maintain clearer skin throughout the month and avoid  breakouts which is just a joy. Also, the dehydration was reduced – which must be the Krill oil contribution. More energy, better mood AND clear skin – one less life worry! I find I’m almost loathe to wear foundation and opting for a much more natural daytime look lately . This product contains Vitamin B2 which works to maintain normal skin. Overall, all of these improvements combined have really boosted my confidence and I find I’m not dreading my menstruation time anymore; I quite literally go with the flow.
